Why should I create an account?
When you create an account you will be able to access your order history, edit your preferred delivery address and take advantage of pre-filled forms during the checkout. You can also choose to receive exclusive promotional information from GP Batteries.
How do I create an account on GP Batteries?
Click here to create an account. Click on the button 'Register' under the section ‘New customer?’ and you will be directed to a new page where you can enter your personal details. As soon as your account has been successfully created, you will receive a confirmation by email.
How do I change or retrieve my password?
If you forget your password, please click "My account", and choose "Forgot your password" to enter your E-mail. You will receive an email from our system for resetting your password.
How to update my membership Information?
If you need to update your personal information, please click on 'My account', then enter your login information. After log-in, please click “View addresses” to “Edit” or “Delete” or “Add New Address” to update your personal information, then click "Submit".
Is my membership information secure?
We care about your privacy. Any information you provide is received, stored and managed by us in line with our Privacy and Security policies detailed below which are in line with European and UK regulation. For more information about our Cookie & Privacy Policy.
Where is my order?
When your order has been shipped we will send you a dispatch confirmation by email with the tracking number of your parcel so you can monitor its progress.
I have placed an order but I have not received a confirmation by email.
Within a few minutes after you have placed your order you should receive the order confirmation. If you do not see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your junk folder and add us to your safe sender list. If you still haven't received your order confirmation, there is a chance that the email address has been entered incorrectly or the payment process has failed. To be able to find your order please contact our customer support.
How do I check my order history?
If you are placing the order as a member, please login your account and click the related order number under order history to check the status of your orders.
I have already placed an order but I would like to add more products. Is this still possible?
We process our orders as fast as possible to provide fast deliveries. If your order has not yet been shipped and the information has not been transferred to the warehouse, we are still able to change your order. You can check the status of your order in your personal account and contact our customer service.
I have not received my order yet. What should I do?
If you have not yet received your order, it could be due to a delay in the delivery. You can always check the status of your order via the track and trace code that has been sent to you by email. If the goods are lost in transit, please let us know promptly, so that we can make a claim against the carrier. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund. How much does the delivery cost?
Free Shipping is available within Hong Kong SAR on orders over HK$200*.
1. Free shipping for orders over HK$200*. For purchases below HK$200 in a single order, a flat shipping rate of HK$30 will be charged. Up to 1kg, HK$6 per 0.5kg afterwards.
2. Free shipping for orders over HK$500*. Up to 8kg, HK$6 per 0.5kg afterwards.

*In general, free delivery service is currently available in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories (including Lantau Island, Disneyland, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Sai Kung). For the special Warehouse, Logistics Centre, Airport, Terminal, Wan Chai Convention and Exhibition Centre, AsiaWorld-Expo: additional HK$300 will be charged.
How long does the delivery take?
Most of the orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days after the order placing date.
Can I change my delivery address?

Which delivery company do you ship your parcels with?
We ship our parcels with SF Express. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a track and trace link to track your parcel.
What is your return policy?
GP Batteries Online Store (hk.gpbatteries.com) promises to provide you with a “7-day Return Policy” after the receipt of your purchase (as determined by the delivery date).

Customer can return the products purchased at GP Batteries Online Store for any reason while the returning item should be unused and without any damages and scratches within 7 days of receiving your order (specific marketing events are subject to related terms and conditions).
Unless there is product quality problem, all products are NOT allowed to return or exchange for a new one.
I have received a wrong, damaged or faulty item. What should I do?

Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible. If it has been shipped already and you would like to cancel your entire order, you can contact us and you will receive a refund for the order you have returned.

My payment has failed. What should I do?
If your payment has failed, please contact us via email gpbmhk@goldpeak.com so that we can advise you on the next steps.

How do I claim my warranty?
Once we receive the returned products and determine that it meets the return criteria, we will credit back the refund to customer credit card account within 4-6 weeks.
