1. Free shipping for orders over HK$200*. For purchases below HK$200 in a single order, a flat shipping rate of HK$30 will be charged. Up to 1kg, HK$6 per 0.5kg afterwards.
2. Free shipping for orders over HK$500*. Up to 8kg, HK$6 per 0.5kg afterwards.
*In general, free delivery service is currently available in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories (including Lantau Island, Disneyland, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Sai Kung). For the special Warehouse, Logistics Centre, Airport, Terminal, Wan Chai Convention and Exhibition Centre, AsiaWorld-Expo: additional HK$300 will be charged.

Commercial addresses#: Before 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Residential addresses#: Before 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Customer can return the products purchased at GP Batteries Online Store for any reason while the returning item should be unused and without any damages and scratches within 7 days of receiving your order (specific marketing events are subject to related terms and conditions).
Unless there is product quality problem, all products are NOT allowed to return or exchange for a new one.
If your order status is “Not Shipped”, you can click “Cancel Order”. Once successfully canceled, you will receive an email notification.
If your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel the entire order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle your request according to our return policy.
Once a return or refund request is confirmed, we will refund the amount to your original credit card / payment platform within 14 working days.
The refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid.
The actual date the refunded amount is credited is subject to the processing time of the bank or online payment platform.
