SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping is available within Hong Kong SAR on orders over HK$200*.

Shipping costs (Hong Kong):
1. Free shipping for orders over HK$200*. For purchases below HK$200 in a single order, a flat shipping rate of HK$30 will be charged. Up to 1kg, HK$6 per 0.5kg afterwards.
2. Free shipping for orders over HK$500*. Up to 8kg, HK$6 per 0.5kg afterwards.

*In general, free delivery service is currently available in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories (including Lantau Island, Disneyland, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Sai Kung). For the special Warehouse, Logistics Centre, Airport, Terminal, Wan Chai Convention and Exhibition Centre, AsiaWorld-Expo: additional HK$300 will be charged. 

Remarks: 
1. Delivery services is not available for Postal code, PO Boxes, impermanent or incomplete addresses.
2. The shipping costs are subject to change without prior notice.
3. The delivery address provided will be checked by customer service team, if extra shipping cost is needed, we shall inform you within 1-3 working days.
4. All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and GP Batteries Online Store reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested are unavailable. In the event that we are unable to fulfil any of the products or services, customer will be notified by phone or email.
5. Standard Delivery Schedule (Information from SF Express Hong Kong official website will be final):
Commercial addresses#: Before 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Residential addresses#: Before 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday
SF Express Service Points: Before 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Not applicable on Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong public holidays^
This service does not apply to shipments collected via SF Lockers and/or SF Partner Points
Remarks:
^ Shipments sent after the specified cutoff time (Mon–Fri) or on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be delivered according to the standard local delivery schedule
#Excludes remote areas and locations that require special warehouse handling arrangements

6. When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted; delivery services will be suspended. Customers will be contacted for re-scheduling the delivery time.
7. Delivery service is not applicable to areas that cannot be reached directly by vehicles.
8. GP Batteries Online Store takes no responsibility for goods left outside delivery address upon customers’ request. In addition, customers are responsible to check all goods upon arrival and provide signature on the delivery note. The signed delivery note will serve as conclusive evidence of quantity of goods delivered. No claim will be accepted afterwards.
9. We are not liable for any unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or insufficient information provided by the customer.
10. An additional delivery fee (HK$30) will be charged for delivery re-scheduling made on one day before the delivery date or due to the absent of customer for receiving the order.
