SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping is available within Hong Kong SAR on orders over HK$150*.

Shipping costs (Hong Kong):
1. Free shipping for orders over HK$150*. For purchases below HK$150 in a single order, a flat shipping rate of HK$30 will be charged#.
*Except remote areas & outlying islands; Up to 2kg, HK$8 per 0.5kg afterwards.
#Lantau Island, Disneyland, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay: HK$150.

Remarks: 

1. Delivery services and free shipping promotion are not available for outlying islands, remote areas, temporary housing area, parks, sports areas, warehouses, country parks, restricted areas, MTR stations, government departments, PO Boxes, impermanent or incomplete addresses.
2. The shipping costs are subject to change without prior notice.
3. The delivery address provided will be checked by customer service team, if extra shipping cost is needed, we shall inform you within 1-3 working days.
4. All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and GP Batteries Online Store reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested are unavailable. In the event that we are unable to fulfill any of the products or services, customer will be notified by phone or email.
5. Most of the orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days after the order placing date.
Delivery hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays in Hong Kong.
6. Phone confirmation will be conducted by delivery team prior to the actual delivery. Customers should ensure that a person is present during the agreed delivery timeslot and delivery address.
7. When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted; delivery services will be suspended. Customers will be contacted for re-scheduling the delivery time.
8. Delivery service is not applicable to areas that cannot be reached directly by vehicles.
9. Home delivery is only available up to 3rd floor for apartment without lift (limited to 2nd floor for tenement).
10. GP Batteries Online Store takes no responsibility for goods left outside delivery address upon customers’ request. In addition, customers are responsible to check all goods upon arrival and provide signature on the delivery note. The signed delivery note will serve as conclusive evidence of quantity of goods delivered. No claim will be accepted afterwards.
11. We are not liable for any unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or insufficient information provided by the customer.
12. An additional delivery fee (HK$30) will be charged for delivery re-scheduling made on one day before the delivery date or due to the absent of customer for receiving the order.
